Day 15 – And so I burpee

I’m tired. It’s Sunday. I’d love to nap, but the wolf is clawing at the door …

… and so I burpee.

If you don’t know what a burpee is, well, look it up. Then do one. And then — wait for it — do another. Rinse, repeat and you’ll probably find yourself in better shape.

You’ll also be ready for a nap.
