Today was a good day.
Growth at work, growth with nutrition, growth with the gym. Put these days together, and the results are positive and encouraging. No one wants to feel stagnant in the direction of their goals.
That said, process, not results, has to be the focus. Have a good plan and things will work out, even if results ebb and flow. Especially in the gym, I trust my plan and I march on. I can feel mobility increasing and I’m probably already a tad stronger, although that’s a low bar for me to clear right now.
I take these good days and simply try to build off them. There’s not much more to be said.
