Day 79 – The plan

Progress continues to be made on the squat therapy front. I’m seeing development in my ankles and their ability to handle the load of a proper squat. It’s a slow, mostly uncomfortable process but the rewards will be sweet. A proper squat is a great way to burn calories and add mobility.

It’s mostly the same routine other than that. Sometimes it isn’t exciting.

Do. Or do not. There is no try.
