Day 121 – The plan

As I find more and more benefit from spending quality time with iron, I want to actually plan things out a bit better. Ultimately, the goal is to maximize the amount of time I lift legs (nope — not skipping leg day), but everything has its place.

As of now, this is my rotation of lifts (not in any order):

  • Squats
  • Stiff-legged 1-arm deadlift
  • Lunges
  • 1-Arm Standing Shoulder Press
  • Standing TRX Rows
  • Bro Sesh (Bicep curls and standing tricep extensions)

The last one is just for fun, really. I’m most focused on squats (a noted passion project of mine) and rows (my favorite lift), and I’m pleased to see development. It’s been about two months now, and we’re getting somewhere. Let’s see where I am next year this time.

My marching orders are to hit each 2x a week, with plenty of cardio thrown in for fun (and volleyball). That’ll do.
